Hello,
We are inviting you and your company to be a vendor at the 2024
Phoenix Childcare Conference.
This is an opportunity to present your services to Owners, Directors & Lead
Teachers of Childcares from all over the Valley!
What we are doing is bringing these Owners, Directors, & Lead Teachers
of Child cares, Pre-Schools, Day Cares, Development Centers , etc..together
with organizations like yours and showing them how they need to start working
with your organization to help them help the Families that attend their Facilities.
Some of them will need your Services to grow their business
and others will want to help make your services available for
their clientele (The Parents).
That is what is so exciting about what is happening at the Conference!
You will not only have the Attendees as potential clients but you
will have their clients as potential clients!
We include you in the Conference! We not only are there to teach these
Owners & Directors why and how they need your services, you will
even have an opportunity (a couple of minutes) to address all the
attendees after the lunch break right before we do our prize drawings
where you may have a prize up for a drawing.
So, you will have breaks where Attendees will come by your booth, you
will have opportunity to speak to all of them, and We will be promoting you
the whole time, by showing them how they need you and your services
to grow their business!

than 2 Business In Each Catorgory or you may pay to be Exclusive and there will be no

The Ad Space includes opportunity to be in our Power Point Presentation, and printed in
our Program Guide. We lay your Ad material (brochures, catalouges, flyers, etc..) out on a
Vendor Table and direct the Attendees to this table .
You will receive a "Thank You" e-mail along with a Receipt e-mail with
Mapquest Directions to the Venue and further instructions.
